Shipping, Warranty & Return Policy

1. Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping:

  • We ship across India using standard courier services or registered post.
  • Orders are shipped within 1-4 working days, unless stated otherwise.
  • Transit time for domestic orders is typically 2-5 working days.

International Shipping:

  • Duties and taxes for international orders are not included in the order total.
  • Any applicable charges are levied by the respective country’s customs authorities and are to be paid by the customer directly to the shipping agency.
  • Transit time for international orders is typically 15 to 20 working days.

Shipping Charges:

  • We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.
  • International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

2. Warranty Policy

Our product warranty covers the following conditions:

  • Rings: Band deformation, polish fading, or missing diamond.
  • Pendants: Deformation or missing diamond.
  • Lighters: Faulty filament.
  • Cuff Links: Broken or deformed linkages.

Ring Resizing:

  • Ring sizing issues are common. If resizing is required, please notify us within 14 days.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees during resizing.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We strive to deliver the highest quality products. However, as a policy, we do not offer exchanges or returns on products delivered in good condition.

Return/Exchange Policy:

  • If the product is incorrectly delivered (does not match the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we will re-fulfill your order after verification.
  • The corrected product will be delivered within 10 working days.
  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color and form are considered acceptable.

5. International Orders & Duties

  • Silver Bird Jewellery is not liable for any international duties or taxes.
  • If the customer refuses to pay applicable charges, the order will not be refunded or reshipped.
